Fiji Men’s 7s team to Dubai to be named tomorrow

The Fiji Men's National 7s team for the Dubai 7s will be named tomorrow.

This has been confirmed by the Fiji Rugby Union at the final leg of the Mobil Super 7s Series that is underway at the ANZ Stadium.

Players who are part of the Fiji 7s training squad have been allowed to play for their clubs during the final leg.

They include Terio Tamani, Livai Ikanikoda, Jo Talacolo and Rusiate Matai of Police Blue, Kavekini Tabu and Kaminieli Rasaku of Life After Rugby Barbarians and Josua Vakurunabili and Tevita Daugunu of Wardens.

The back to back Dubai 7s will be held on the 26th and 27th of this month and the 3rd and 4th of December.

Looking at the results of Day 1 of the last leg of Super 7s Series, Raiwasa Taveuni beat Ratu Filise 28-7, Tabadamu beat Life After Rugby Barbarians 26-14, Dominion Brothers defeated Nawaka 12-0, Army defeated Eastern Saints 17-5, Wardens beat Fire 10-7 and Uluinakau defeated Navy 21-12.

The cup quarterfinals will be held at 11.32am tomorrow, the cup semifinals will start at 2.52pm tomorrow and the cup final will be at 7.47pm.
