Minister for Commerce, Trade, Tourism and Transport Faiyaz Koya says with the new board in place, Fiji Investment Corporation Limited has recovered debts amounting to about $4.2 million.
Fiji Investment Corporation Limited is a private limited liability company, wholly owned by the Fijian Government.
While speaking in parliament, Koya says Fiji Investment Corporation Limited is currently addressing governance issues and preparing outstanding financial statements.
He says company is focused on its corporate governance structure to provide constructive solutions and unlock some investment opportunities.
