Fiji FACT: Nadi and Tailevu Naitasiri finish match in a 1-all draw

Nadi and Tailevu Naitasiri have ended the first match of the Digicel Fiji FACT in a 1-all draw at the HFC Bank Stadium this afternoon.

Nadi led 1-0 at half time.

William Valentine scored the goal from a penalty spot in the 36th minute.

Tailevu Naitasiri’s goal was scored by Epeli Valevou just before full time.

Nadi coach Kamal Swamy says they have a young team with about 8 new players so he is satisfied with the result.

He says their composer and lack of experience let them down.

Swamy adds they will try to do their best against Labasa in their next match.

In other matches today, Ba is currently leading Navua 1-0, defending champions Suva takes on Lautoka at 5.30pm while Labasa faces Rewa at 8pm.
