Former Vice President of the Rewa soccer team, Mohammed Ali Khan who was famously known as Billy Nabi has passed away.

Khan was also the founder of Raymonds Football Club in Rewa.

Fiji Football Association President Rajesh Patel says Khan was a man who had football at heart and they are deeply saddened by his passing.

Patel says it is a big loss to the football fraternity.

He says Rewa has lost one of its true sons as Khan had spent most of his life serving Rewa Football both as a player in his younger days and later as an executive.

Patel says on behalf of the Fiji FA board members, staff and the entire football fraternity, he would like to convey his heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolence to the grieving family.
