The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s side are working on their fitness as they prepare for the start of the 2025/2026 World 7s Series this weekend.

With Fiji coming in as defending Dubai 7s, Kolinisau says they have done a lot of upper body workouts during the off-season and now they are working on their leg fitness.

He adds that they play a high-tempo game and they are also working on improving their support game.

Fiji’s first pool match is against Argentina at 9.10pm Saturday, followed by South Africa at 12.16am Sunday and France at 4.12am on Sunday.

The Men's Cup semi finals kick off at 10.06pm Sunday while the Cup final is at 4.11am next Monday.

Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s begin their Dubai 7s campaign against the USA at 7.20pm Saturday, followed by France at 9.59pm, and New Zealand at 1.27am Saturday.

The women’s semi finals will begin at 9.12pm Sunday, with the final at 3.35am Monday.
