Fiji – NZ in HK 7s final
Fiji will meet traditional rivals New Zealand in the Hong Kong 7s final.

Fiji booked a final spot after a 14-7 win over England after a brutal semi final encounter.

The Digicel Fiji 7s team looked unsettled in the first six minutes of the match before registering their first try to Jimilai Naikadawa.

Metuisela Talebula scored again for Fiji early in the second half before Matt Turner exposed some holes in Fiji's defense and went through to score under the posts.

England tried to take the game into extra time but courageous defense from the national side was enough to book a final spot.

Meanwhile, New Zealand was made to work harder against South Africa in the second semifinal.

The experience of captain DJ Forbes and Tomasi Cama proved to be the difference for the Kiwis as they escaped the Springboks with a 19-12 win.

The last time the two sides met was in the final of the Wellington 7s where New Zealand hammered Fiji 24-7.

Fiji will play New Zealand at 11pm for the prestigious title.
