High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has adjourned the case of Feroz Jan Mohammed and his company TF Jan to the 30th of July for ruling.
FICAC had filed action against Feroz Jan Mohammed and his Company TF Jan Limited under the Proceeds of Crimes Act.
Feroz Jan was convicted and sentenced in the Suva High Court in 2015 for Bribery and Obtaining Financial Advantage charges.
It was alleged that TF Jan Limited fraudulently obtained over $3.1 million from the Fiji Roads Authority.
FICAC filed this action under the Proceeds of Crimes Act for the forfeiture of property obtained by T F Jan Limited using $3.1 million of proceeds.
