The Fiji Women Crisis Centre will be sponsoring the Easter Volleyball Championship which will be known as the FWCC Easter Volleyball Championship.
FWCC Coordinator Shamima Ali has confirmed their sponsorship and says that volleyball is a sport that can promote the ending of violence against women, domestic violence and sexual harassment.
Ali says awareness and advocating of zero tolerance in any form of violence is part of the conditions agreed.
The championship will be held from next Thursday till Saturday at the Fiji Netball Centre in Laucala Bay and the closing date for registration is tomorrow.
$2,000 is the prize money and the registration fee is $250.
