The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service and the Fiji Public Trustee Corporation Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to share information.
FRCS Chief Executive Officer, Visvanath Das says this MOU will enable both parties to share information for verification purposes and information shared will be used and handled responsibly within the parameters of the legal limitations.
He says they deal with cases in relation to Estates, Wills, and Trust on a daily basis and by sharing related information, it will not only expedite processes but enable them to update the data in the system.
