Fiji National University’s 2024 Open Day at Namaka Campus will feature a live fashion show for the first time and have many more fun activities.

Head of the School of Economics and Finance, Rusiate Vakaloloma says people can expect a community-based learning environment for this year’s Open Day.

Vakaloloma says there will be a lot of community-based activities such as live band performances, dances and food stalls alongside educational displays in booths and tents.

He says some of the new additional activities include dances, displays at the Uni-Life Hub, a business hub, food stalls managed by the School of Hospitality and Tourism Studies, including new and latest displays by the Department of Aviation Studies and the Pacific Centre for Maritime Studies.

He is urging students and people to be part of this fun and entertaining Open Day.

FNU 2024 Open Day will be on the 4th of October.
