FNPF members to wait for final decision

Fiji National Provident Fund members and pensioners will have to wait for the FNPF board and cabinet's final decision on the FNPF Decree to find out whether the annual pension rate will be reduced to 9 percent.

FNPF Chief Executive Officer, Aisake Taito confirmed that they are now analyzing all the proposals, taking into account the cost of living, before the final decision is reached.

He stressed that one of their main priorities is to ensure the sustainability of the Fund.
