FMF Foods Limited has today celebrated National Biscuit Day by baking a massive 4 metre by 0.95 metre FMF breakfast cracker.

Operations Manager Ritesh Nandan says it was most appropriate to acknowledge Fiji's iconic and favorite biscuit in a unique and exciting way.

Nandan says it was an exciting time for his team to create the breakfast cracker and they have achieved the same delicious taste but in a much bigger way.

He also added that a couple of trials were conducted before the final product was made for the media to come to view and enjoy the breakfast crackers.

The FMF breakfast cracker story started in 1991 with initial production of the iconic 375g packet and FMF Foods Limited has thanked all Fijians for making it part of their daily lives.

FMF Foods Limited was founded in 1973 to mill flour and is now one of Fiji's largest food manufacturers with six subsidiary companies under its fold which are Biscuit Company of Fiji Ltd, FMF Snax Limited, Pea Industries Ltd, Rice Company of Fiji Ltd, DHF Ltd and AtPack.
