The President of the Real Estate Agents Association, Anand Goundar has revealed that they will be bringing some experts from New Zealand who will prepare courses for Salespersons and Agents in the Real Estate Industry.
Goundar says the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board has mandated them to carry out this task.
He says currently anyone can become a salesperson or agent as far as they have a clean police record and these people find difficulties to understand the laws and also face challenges in ethically carrying out their work.
Goundar says they need a prescribed course in the Real Estate Industry.
