An experienced Fijiana 7s team has been named for the Dubai 7s with 11 players retained from the bronze medal winning team at the Tokyo Olympics.
The squad includes Rusila Nagasau, Vasiti Solikoviti, Vani Buleki, Sesenieli Donu, Raijieli Daveua, Reapi Ulunasau, Lavena Cavuru, Ana Maria Naimasi, Aloesi Nakoci, Mereani Rogosau, Laisani Likuceva, Ana Maria Roqica and Mereula Toroki.
Rogosau and Buleki are the only new faces in the squad.
Head Coach Saiasi Fuli says they have managed to select a balanced squad and are confident that this squad can go across challenge the top teams.
Fuli says we have a good depth and with new players joining the squad, we have the capability of exposing the opponents during the tournament.
