Expect water disruptions in parts of Tamavua, Suva, Nausori and Lami

You should expect disruptions if you get your water supply from the Tamavua, Flagstaff, Rewa and Raralevu reservoirs.

The Water Authority of Fiji says these reservoirs did not recover well to healthy operational levels last night and as a result, water levels will drop throughout the day to critical level.

WAF is asking people that live in the affected areas to store water for at least three days.

Affected areas include Beniveli, Delainavesi, Nailuva, Namadi Heights, Osonabukete, Panaromic, Princes Road, Uduya Point, Waiqanake, Amy Street, Brown Street, Domain Road, High Street, Johnson Street, Laucala Bay Road, McGregor Road, Muanikau Road, Ratu Sukuna Road, Stewart Street, Spring Street, Queen Elizabeth Drive, and Victoria Parade from Sukuna Park to Nasese, Dilkusha Road, Ram G Road, Juglal Road, NYPD, LMS, Rewa Depot, Toga, Ovea, Cautata, Vatoa, Lakena, Vunivivi, Kiuva, Naitalasese, Daku, Maumi, Vusuya, Mokani, Naila, Bau Island, Tokatoka, Nakelo, Rewa, Vunimono, Nadali Airport, Wainibokasi and Naselai.
