Expect more rain as Tropical Depression 07F will follow the same path as Cyclone Ana

Expect more rain as Tropical Depression 07F will follow the same path as Cyclone Ana

People can expect more rain and flooding in the coming days as Tropical Depression 07F is expected to follow the same path as Tropical Cyclone Ana.

Acting Director for the Nadi Weather Office, Terry Atalifo says the chances of TD07F intensifying in a Tropical Cyclone is low to moderate but people should prepare for more rain.

TD07F is located 550km West of Rotuma.

It is moving East towards Fiji at 20km per hour.

Atalifo says the fact that it will follow the same path as TC Ana makes the conditions more favourable for the depression.

He adds this also means that people will continue to experience strong winds in the next few days.
