People are being told to expect delays when crossing the Rewa Bridge as two lanes will be closed from 8pm to 5am from Thursday for the next 7 days for upgrade works.
Fiji Roads Authority says the work is estimated to complete next Thursday.
They say road closures will be set up along both ends of the Rewa Bridge (Pacific Energy Service Station end), closing two lanes daily to allow traffic movements.
FRA is urging people to plan their travel accordingly and expect possible delays during these times while access will be provided for movement to and from Nausori.
They add traffic management personnel and signage will be in place to guide drivers safely through the road work zones.
