The Ministry of Education has allocated $300,000 to improve the boarding facilities at Labasa College.
The three storey girl’s hostel at the school is currently being renovated.
Labasa College principal, Vinod Naicker expressed his appreciation to the government for its timely assistance to the school.
He also emphasized that the current developments in the school will assist in grooming students to become responsible citizens of Fiji.
The project is expected to be completed in December.
