Eden Park to host back-to-back Bledisloe Cup tests

The All Blacks and Australia will play back-to-back Bledisloe Cup tests at Eden Park.

On Saturday, the teams will square off in the opening test of the series in Auckland, before meeting again the following Saturday, August 14.

The second test was originally to be played at Wellington's Sky Stadium on August 28, until the schedule was brought forward to accommodate the pause of the trans-Tasman bubble.

A previous booking for a beer festival on the weekend of August 14 meant a new venue had to be found. Options of a mid-week game or a Sunday afternoon test were explored, before settling on the solution of consecutive games at the iconic Auckland ground.

The All Blacks play Australia at 7.05pm Saturday.
