Energy Fiji Limited staff raised more than $20,000 for a fellow staff member who lost his home in a fire in Nasevou Street, Lami in June this year.

Louis Wilson, his wife, five children and his elderly father lost their home and belongings in that fire and are currently residing at a neighbour’s place.

However, a team from EFL initiated a free will drive to raise funds to support Wilson and his family.

They managed to collect just over $20,000 which was presented to Wilson today.

While handing over the money, EFL CEO Hasmukh Patel encouraged the family to work together and rebuild for a better living and assured the family of the support from the EFL.
