The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua’s trial match against the Western Force scheduled for this Sunday has been cancelled due to the delay in the reopening of the Western Australia border.
The cancellation follows the advice from the Force, who are unable to travel in and out of Western Australia as earlier anticipated.
The Drua team will, instead, proceed with an internal practice match made up of two teams from the squad.
Meanwhile, the Drua’s second trial match will be against the Rebels in Melbourne on the 10th of next month.
The Drua will play the Waratahs in their opening game at 8.45pm Friday 18th February in Sydney. The Drua will play one home game in Fiji against the Highlanders on April 30th at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
