The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are hopeful they will get a lot of Fijian support at CommBank Stadium in Western Sydney when they are hosted by the Waratahs in their Super Rugby Pacific opener on the 18th of next month.

Drua CEO Brian Thorburn says they are thrilled that the Waratahs chose CommBank Stadium because it has the capacity to host 30,000 people and it is right in the heart of Western Sydney where it is accessible to public transport.

The Fijian Drua will have two trial matches.

The first trial match is against Western Force on the 30th of this month while the second trial match is against the Rebels in Melbourne on 10th February 2022.

They will play the Highlanders on April 30th at the ANZ Stadium in Suva while their opening round game is against the Waratahs on Friday 18th February.
