It was double celebrations for veteran 7's player, Joeli Lutumailagi as he was part of the second batch of the Basic Recruit Passout Parade yesterday and also celebrated his 33rd birthday.
Lutumailagi says he was a Special Constable for three years and this will be a big change for him to becoming a regular.
Lutumailagi who serves at the Sigatoka Police Station says he had no idea his crew had planned the special celebrations for him.
He dedicated his achievements to his late cousin who passed away earlier this year.
Lutumailagi says he will be participating in the Sukuna Bowl this year and hopes to be selected in the Fiji 7s team.
