The Digicel Fiji soccer team may not get any quality game time before the 2022 FIFA World Cup preliminary qualifiers as most of the soccer-playing nations are not travelling due to COVID-19.

Fiji's two warm-up matches against Malaysia at the ANZ Stadium have been cancelled as Malaysia is not travelling to Fiji.

The Bula Boys will face New Caledonia on 18th March this year in its first match of the Oceania Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup.

Fiji’s second match is against New Zealand on 21st March and they take on PNG on 24th March. All matches will be played in Qatar.

The semi-finals are on 27th March while the final will be played on 30th March.

This tournament will deliver one ticket for the intercontinental play-offs in June 2022.
