The Digicel Bula Boys are prepared for their first game against Northern Marianas as they have a good game plan in place.
Team manager Kartik Reddy says their preparations for the Pacific games went well and they have managed to settle in the Solomon Islands.
He further says the team is fully fit and are waiting for the first lineup selection an hour before the game today.
The men’s team last won gold at the 2003 Pacific Games held in Fiji where they beat New Caledonia two nil while the women’s team has never won a gold medal.
Fiji men’s team will face Northern Marianas today at 8pm.
