The defence counsel Aseri Vakaloloma has today filed a motion to vacate the hearing date in the case of Sainiana Radrodro.
Vakaloloma informed Magistrate Waleen George that Radrodro is having exams from next Monday to Thursday.
He adds that her counsel Filimoni Vosarogo will not be available next week as well.
The defence was supposed to present their case from Monday.
Radrodro is facing nine counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception.
It is alleged that she obtained a total of $5,760 over nine separate occasions.
The case has been adjourned to November 17th, to fix a hearing date.
