As the wildfires in Los Angeles continue, officials confirm that at least ten people are dead and have warned that the causalities remains unclear until it’s safe for investigators to go into neighborhoods.

The Country Sheriff says more than 153,000 people are under evacuation orders while the officials have apologised for accidentally sending evacuation warning millions.

They say they are currently working to resolve the issue and have urged people not to disable their alerts.

The LA County Assessor says at least 10,000 properties have been destroyed.

Firefighting teams are expecting more wind and dry conditions to continue to complicate efforts into next week, if winds are too strong, firefighting aircraft won’t be able to take off.
