Daylight saving starts today

Daylight saving officially starts today.

People are advised to wind their clocks an hour ahead.

Daylight saving will end on Sunday 15th January, 2017 at 3am where members of the public will be requested to switch their clock backward by an hour.

Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations Jone Usamate says the daylight saving initiative would be beneficial to all Fijians as it allows more daylight hours to be used for productive and recreational activities.
