Fiji's first 30 million dollars Multiplex Cinema and shopping Complex, Damodar City Centre will officially open next Thursday.
Chief Executive Officer Div Damodar said there are 81 tenants at the centre with a range of services.
Damodar said for entertainment the centre will also feature a 5D virtual reality amusement ride and the Vmax cinema will be a major attraction which will have a 378 seating capacity.
Damodar said more than 1,500 direct and indirect jobs will be created and the number is still growing.
An official opening ceremony will be held on Wednesday evening where the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama will be the Chief Guest.
