Damages to businesses around $200 million
Damages to businesses in Nadi are estimated to cost around $200 million this is according to Special Adminstrator Nadi Aisea Tuidraki.

About 70% of business owners continue to clean up their shops this afternoon.

Though the town area still does not have water most shop owners are using their vehicles to collect water from nearby areas.

Providing man-power also are 41 inmates and 5 officers of the Lautoka Corrections centre.

Assistant Media Officer Semesa Uluiviti says they are working closely with the Nadi Chamber of Commerce and the Nadi Town Council.
