Former Native Land Trust Board Director, Keni Dakuidreketi has been allowed to travel abroad between December and January, after his application for bail variation was granted.
Dakuidreketi together with the former Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase and NLTB General Manager, Kalivati Bakani appeared before High court judge, Justice Prabharan Kumararatnam yesterday, however Qarase and Bakani were later excused as the matter only involved Dakuidreketi.

He ordered that additional surety bond in sum of $20,000 to be provided by the applicant and the same surety can be accepted.
He ordered that Dakuidreketi to surrender his passport immediately after his return to Fiji.
Qarase is charged with two counts of abuse of office, Bakani and Dakuidreketi are jointly charged with four Counts of Fraudulent Conversion while Bakani is also charged with one Count of an Abuse of Office.
