Former iTaukei Land Trust Board member Keni Dakuidreketi's appeal on his sentence and conviction to the Supreme Court has been refused.
Justice Saleem Marsoof stated that the application has been dismissed.
Dakuidreketi was sentenced to six years imprisonment on the 15th of August, 2014 with a non parole period of five years by the Suva High Court for five counts of abuse of office for the purpose of gain.
His appeal on his conviction and sentence to the Court of Appeal was dismissed on 14th September 2017.
