Cuba continues to dominate men's boxing at Tokyo 2020.

They have now won three out of five gold medals so far.

The latest gold medal came from Julio Cesar la Cruz who now has two Olympic gold medals.

The 31-year-old defeated Muslim Gadzhimagomedov, five years after his light-heavyweight Rio 2016 gold.

He won via unanimous points decision against the Russian Olympic Committee boxer, outclassing a giant whose last defeat came all the way back at the 2017 World Championships.

La Cruz is also known as 'La Sombra', or 'the Shadow'.

Other gold medals for Cuba came from Arlen Lopez in the light-heavyweight category and Roniel Iglesias' welterweight win.

Cuba will get another shot at gold tomorrow with Andy Cruz, who beat Australian Harry Garside in the men's lightweight semi-finals.
