England has suffered their fifth loss in the 2023 ICCR Mens World Cup as India continued its unbeaten start with a 100-run victory.

India captain Rohit Sharma says this was a game that showed a lot of character in their squad, when times were tough, their experienced players stood up at the right time and fought for themselves.

India, South Africa and Australia have high chances of qualifying for the semi-finals.

India is currently leading the Cricket World Cup table while South Africa is second and New Zealand and Australia are in third place.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan will face Sri Lanka at 8.30pm tonight.
