The Suva Magistrates Court has granted the State’s application to set aside Mokani farmer Waisea Naitini’s guilty plea for now for allegedly trespassing at Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka’s residence in June this year.

The State informed the court that it is still assessing whether to proceed with the trespass charge or amend the charge.

It has been given time until Friday to make a determination.

Bail has been extended for the 30-year-old, and the case will be called again on Friday.
