A man arrested over a "suspected act of terrorism" in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday is expected to appear in court later today.
Officials say eight people were injured after a man shouted "free Palestine" and started "setting people on fire."
They say the suspect, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, had overstayed his visa in the US and had filed an asylum claim in 2022.
US President Donald Trump vows to prosecute the attacker "to the fullest extent of the law."
