Drivers and people living in the coastal areas from Natadola to Vatukarasa along the Coral Coast on Queens Highway, Kadavu, and nearby smaller islands, Vatulele, Beqa, Lomaiviti, Moala and Southern Lau are to take precautionary measures as Coastal Inundation Warning remains in force for these areas.

The Nadi Weather Office says people should expect sea flooding in coastal areas.

They say a Strong Wind Warning also remains in force for the coastal land areas of the Eastern and Southern parts of Viti Levu, from Coral Coast- Navua- Suva -Korovou- Rakiraki, Southern Bua and Cakaudrove province, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Yasawa, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.

The Weather Office says a trough of low pressure is expected to affect the group starting tomorrow.
