Church head charged with rape, indecent assault
All Nations Church General Superintendent and well known Church Minister, Reverend Epeli Ratabacaca who has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault, will reappear in the Suva Magistrates Court on the 19th of this month.

Reverend Ratabacaca has been released on $5000 bail with two sureties who are supposed to surrender their passports by 4pm today.

The church minister has been told to report to the Samabula Police Station twice a week, to surrender his passport and not to interfere with state witnesses.

Magistrate Nanise Ratakele said Reverend Ratabacaca is charged with an indictable offence so no plea was taken and the case has been transferred to the High Court.
