Church College looking dangerous in Secondary Schools Basketball Championship

After day one of the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Basketball Championship, Church College are looking good after winning their games in the boys and girls competition for the U15 and U17 grades.

In the U15 Boys, Yat Sen Secondary School thumped Ba Provincial 34-10 while Suva Grammar School beat Sacred Heart College 29-20.

In the U15 Girls grade, Grammar defeated International School Suva 31-17, while Church College Fiji beat Saint Joseph’s Secondary School 18-5.

In the U17 Girls, St Joseph’s edged Fiji Agape Mission School 4-0, Church College Fiji thumped Fiji Agape 39-6.

In the U17 Boys, Swami Vivekananda College beat Marist Brothers High School 16-9, Church College defeated Tilak High School 37-31, and International Suva edged International School Nadi 14-11.

The competition continues today at the Yat Sen School Hall for the U15 and U17 grades, while the U19 will be held at Lambert Hall.
