China gives $1.5m worth of equipment to the Fiji Police Force

$FJD1.5 million worth of equipment that will help boost Fiji Police Force operations was donated by China this morning.

This includes a fully loaded command vehicle, inspire drones, vehicle conferencing materials and serves that will allow CCTV cameras to connect to the Police monitoring network.

Brand new musical instruments were also handed over for the Police band.

This donation was made possible through a partnership between China, Police and the Ministry of Defence and National Security.
