Oliver Thomas Garnett walked out of the Suva High Court today a happy man after charges against him were discharged by Suva High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.
Justice Goundar told Garnett that the prosecution against him would not continue after the State filed a Nolle Prosequi this morning.
Garnett was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of theft.
