Central Share Registry Pte Limited has announced that it has signed up with Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited to provide share registry services for ATH shareholders.
Central Share Registry is an entirely owned subsidiary of the South Pacific Stock Exchange that processes share transfers and dividend distributions, distribution of shareholder notices and annual reports, issuance of audit confirmations, attending to general shareholder queries as well as providing trustee services.
CEO Krishika Narayan says that this is a great achievement for Central Share Registry which now allows shareholders to register their profile and keep a track of their investments electronically.

She adds that it also removes geographical and time‑difference barriers and has the ability to provide real‑time benefits to the shareholders, such as viewing investment statements, transaction history and dividend payments from the comfort of their own homes and offices.
Narayan says that with the inclusion of ATH into its database of clients, Central Share Registry has seen an impressive growth in its business operations, now providing share registry services for 18 out of the 20 listed entities as well as four unlisted companies.
