After the conclusion of the second meeting of the Constitutional Offices Commission, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka confirmed that Cema Bolabola will be replacing Tanya Waqanika.

Rabuka nominated Bolabola.

Attorney General Siromi Turaga has confirmed that replacing the former Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is Suva Lawyer Tupou Draunidalo.

Opposition Leader Voreqe Bainimarama nominated Draunidalo.

Other members of the Commission are prominent constitutional lawyer, Jon Apted and Attorney General Siromi Turaga.

Turaga also confirmed that the next sitting of the COC will be on the 18th of this month.
