The case of a former finance clerk with iTaukei Land Trust Board has been adjourned to the 11th of next month to fix a hearing date.
The matter was called before Nausori Magistrates Court today.
Adi Filomena Serau was charged by FICAC with one count of Obtaining a Financial Advantage.
She is alleged to have received cash payments made to TLTB but did not deposit the same into the account of her employer and as a result, she allegedly obtained $12,174.90 between June and December 2017.
Serau had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges.
