CFL collaboration to increase public awareness of bodybuilding in Fiji

Fiji Bodybuilding has secured a major boost in visibility and support following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Communications Fiji Limited (CFL), the parent company of FM96, LegendFM, VITIFM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam and fijivillage.

The partnership is expected to strengthen the federation’s outreach, athlete development and public recognition.

Acting President of Fiji Bodybuilding, Elizabeth Maki, expressed deep gratitude during the signing, saying the federation is indeed very small and greatly in need of wider exposure.

CFL General Manager Charles Taylor says the partnership aligns strongly with the company’s Public Service Broadcasting campaign, which aims to promote health and fitness as part of efforts to combat non-communicable diseases in Fiji.

Taylor says that CFL is pleased to support the federation and will work to encourage more people to attend events and engage with bodybuilding and fitness activities.
