Businessman charged with one count of unlawful possession of Illicit Drugs
The discovery was made by officers from the Fiji Detector Dog Unit along Sonaisali Road in Nadi

Police have charged a businessman with one count of Unlawful Possession of Illicit Drugs after methamphetamine and marijuana were allegedly found in his vehicle last Thursday.

The discovery was made by officers from the Fiji Detector Dog Unit along Sonaisali Road in Nadi.

A second search conducted at his home resulted in the discovery of syringes containing clear liquid believed to be drugs.

The businessman will appear in the Nadi Magistrates Court today.
