This Saturday will be business as usual for supermarkets and retailers even though it will be Christmas day.
The President of Fiji Retailers Association, Himmat Lodhia said that the government has not declared Saturday 25th December as a public holiday.
He said Saturday will be a normal day however opening hours can be decided by the business houses.
Meanwhile, Lodhia said since its just five days away from Christmas and people are still shopping around for gifts, shopkeepers can decide if they wish to extend their opening hours.
