The Fiji Bus Operators Association has agreed to allow students who use the subsidised blue e-transport cards to travel without restrictions during the exam period over the next two weeks.

General Secretary Rohit Latchan says this will allow students to travel to and from their exams without the inconvenience of waiting for the student travel period to begin on any given day.

Latchan has asked all bus operators to support the initiative.

He says this will grant students and their parents peace of mind that their travel needs are taken care of during this important time for thousands of young people.
