Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s player Vani Buleki is one player to watch out for at the HSBC SVNS Perth 7s this weekend.

The 23-year-old scored 9 tries and collected 45 points in the two tournaments last December.

Buleki was part of the Fijiana 7s side that won silver in the 2022 Commonwealth Games and also the team that participated in the 2022 Rugby 7s World Cup.

Buleki has been a force to be reckoned with whenever she takes the field for Fiji and has been leading the charge for the girls in previous tournaments.

The 23-year-old has been named in the Fijiana 7s side that will compete at this week's Perth 7s alongside Elenoa Adinaimata, Talei Wilson, Younis Bese and Ilisapeci Delaiwau after a brilliant performance in the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s last weekend.

Other players included Rejieli Daveua, Aloesi Nakoci, Verenaisi Bari, Lavena Cavuru, Reapi Uluinasau, Ana Naimasi, Meredani Qoro and Viniana Riwai.

The Fijiana 7s first match is against Brazil at 4pm Friday, they will take on Spain at 8.47pm Friday in their second pool match and then play France at 2.22pm Saturday in their final pool match.

The quarter finals will start at 7.26pm Saturday, the semi finals will kick off at 4.22pm Sunday, and the final will be held at 9.13pm Sunday.
