Bua has beaten Tavua 1-0 in the first leg Digicel Fiji Senior League Play-Off at Subrail Park this afternoon.
The win puts Bua in a strong position heading into the second leg, which will be hosted by Tavua.
Ratu Simione Rage scored Bua’s goal.
Bua Manager Vinendra Singh says the performance was not as expected as the team did not have much time to train.
He says the team will be better prepared for the next leg in Tavua.
